Compost Tea

This, an organic, liquid fertilizer, simply involves steeping compost in a barrel of water; runoff rainwater works well in some very simple systems. Put compost in a burlap bag and drop it in for a few weeks, drawing off water as needed, then work the leftover compost into the soil somewhere.
